Read THIS blog post by a teacher. I mean actually read it. Take it in. Think about it. And then, write about it. What do you think about it? What is the teacher trying to say? In your own words explain what "the main event" is.

I think that the teacher who wrote the blog post is right about kids being quitters because they don't want to do the hard work. Those kids may play sports and they could work hundreds more times than they do at school. Why? It's because they like that sport and they actually want to do it everyday to get better at their sport, but when you ask them about school, they just blow it off like its no big deal. In life and in college and when you don't have good grades you won't be able to play until you do get it up. Whats more better playing that sport with good grades or sitting on the sidelines with bad grades? The teacher is trying to say that he isn't going to let you quit, and he will never give up on you even though you may throw fits. He saying that school isn't about the grades, its more about the learning than the grades. The main event to me is not grades, but how well your learning in a certain subject. If your struggling in that subject go get help, that's what teachers are here for able school and during study halls is because they care for your learning.

Explain how Stop motion is going to work.

Our stop motion is gonna contain fighting scenes we should have either two or three rounds of fighting/battles. It is me, Adam, and Ian doing this stop motion film. What is it about is that two people will fight over something. Then we plan on using the force to spice things up a little. We plan on being finished today in class, but that may be a long shot.

1. What was your stop motion animation about? Why did you choose your video to be about this? Was it because it was easy, because it would be fun, or it would be challenging? Explain your reasoning behind your project (and be honest).   My stop Motion was about a Star Wars fight with different characters from the series. I choose this because it would be cool seeing how it would be once it finished was a great thing to see. It was kinda challenging due to the fact that I had to take all of the photos and set everything up to make it look good. My reasoning for this film was to be different from most stop motion films that are out there did come into here in the classroom so I thought it would be different to think outside of the box. 
2. If you could rate your stop motion on a 1-10 scale. 1 being low effort and no very good and 10 being out of this world/mindblowing, how would you rate your project? Explain why. Either a 8 or a 9 because I did have some mess ups by having blurry photos or just having my arms or legs in the shot when I'm taking the pictures. But overall I do fell really good about the project overall. 
3. In hindsight, what would you do differently the second time around? Better lighting? Time management? Explain yourself. What I would have done better would be time management because of the fact that I had two baseball games that week and practice on Monday was really hard for me to get it in on Friday, If I had more time to do it, there probably wouldn't be much of an issue with the project. Also I would have picked something for easier to do because it was alot of work to do it over the weekend due to the fact that project was pretty hard in my books. 
4. Explain what makes your stop motion animation unique. How do you believe you thought "outside of the box" on this project?  What makes mine unique is that I did a Star Wars fight, and when you think of stop motion no one really thinks of Star Wars more of a fight scene with actual people not toys. I did think outside the box because when I was seeing different stop motion films most of them were about common films that other people do, but in a different style or way. Mine is really unique and I'm proud of it. 
5. What grade do you feel you deserve on this project? Explain your reasoning. I believe I deserve either a high B or a low A because of  some of my photos were either blurry or had a limb in the way of the figures. But I feel really good about what I did when I didn't make any mistakes.

3 day weekend... how was it? Give me a good story or something funny that happened this weekend. Go.

My weekend was great depending on perspectives, but most of the time I was playing MLB The Show 14 because I don't have the new one yet.. On Monday I found out that my opponents for baseball during the high school season was kicked out of Legacy Park in Lee Summit for some reason. I thought that was funny because now we have to travel even farther to get where we are playing now. But overall my weekend was really good.

Tell me ALL about what your idea is for your stop-motion animation. I need detail. Who is going to help you take photos? What props do you need? Where do you plan on shooting? EXPLAIN everything.

I'm gonna use a couple of people, to help me shoot photo's I have a couple of ideas that I could use to help me complete this project. 1. Draw lines that make up the words Emerging Tech. 2. Star Wars fight 3. Food Fight
Depending on what idea I use I would need Paper, and colored pencils for the first one. For the second I would need alot of Lego Star War characters just to even consider it, which I should have alot. 3. Food Fight, If I did decide to do this, I would need alot of food, which I like food anyways. I plan on shooting this at my house, but I could use some scenes here at school to have a light-saber fight or just have a different scene so people don't see that same background for three-hundred photos. If the Lego's fall through, I will try with the line game, by drawing out some lines and make out the words Emerging Tech. If option 1 was picked I would take pictures here at school. Option 3. Would be at home, but that is a last resort if both options fail.

Tell me all about your weekend and please share photos!

On Friday I didn't do much of anything, because it is a Friday, but what I did was I played Video games, but it was season related. Kentucky lost so I was happy about that. The Royals home Opener was two days from Friday and I was pumped up for it. On Saturday I worked with a really good baseball coach for about two hours with my teammates. then on Sunday it was Easter, and I really didn't do anything that day either except play monopoly with my grandma and with other people.

What do you love most about this time of year? Explain why you love it.

The reason I love this time of year, is because the end of the school year is close to ending and starting my third year of High School. Also, I know that baseball is here or its right around the corner. Spring is where I enjoy most of the year  the nice weather, and finally getting outside after a cold harsh winter makes it wonderful.

Did you complete the photo scavenger hunt? What kind of fun pictures were you able to capture? Did you do all your photos at school or did you do some at home over the weekend? Share one of your favorites.

No, but we were able to find some good pictures of us and some items we took pictures of. The fun pictures we took was the tigers logo, an eye ball, and other stuff. We did all of our pictures here at school on Friday.

What do you know about photography and/or photo editing? Do you take photos? How do you take photos? Do you edit photos before posting them on social media? How do you edit them? Explain any background or knowledge you have about photography and photo editing. Do you like it? Do you have any interest?

What I know is that for photography you take pictures of something, and for photo editing you edit a photo that you took to make it look better for people to see. Yes I do take photo's but not the often anymore because of my hectic schedule. How do I take photos, it depends on the angle and how the sun is on that day, but usually I just role with what I got. I never edit photos, useless the sun is glaring into the lenses or the person has red eyes for some reason, but that's the only reason I would edit a picture. How do I edit them is up to how the picture turned out, I go into Photoshop or something that will edit pictures and make it the way it was supposed to turn out like. I don't make it better that it originally was before. The background information I have on photography is there is many possible angles to take a picture at.

Welcome back! Go ahead. Tell me all about your Spring Break. Include photos!

Over spring break, I went to Disney World. During the seven days I was there.(including landing and taking off) We went to all four parks, and a spring training game. The first day we went to the Magic Kingdom, and rode most of the rides there, Space Mountain was my favorite. The second day we went to the Animal Kingdom, and rode animal rides, that included actual animals on your ride. The third day we went to Hollywood Studios, which has all the action packed movies and rides you could have there including Star Tours. On the Fourth day we went to Epcot, which included multiple rides that has the excitement of a whole day. During these days I went to a baseball games, and filled out a bracket for the NCAA tournament.

What are you doing for Spring Break?

Well for spring break, I am going on a vacation to Disney World, Watching some baseball down there and Playing NCAA bracket Challenge. In Disney World you can go everywhere in the park you want, its pretty fun. Since I'm into collecting any sports memorabilia, I looked up some things about baseballs at Disney World and they have these cool looking baseballs at the end of Star Tours. So I'm going to have a fun vacation, and Hope you have one too.

Tell me about your weekend.

Well, I really didn't do much this weekend, because we didn't have enough players to play, but I could play with four people, because I'm a god. But I did have a friend over on Friday. On Saturday and Sunday all I really did was go outside, because the weather was so great.

If you were the Principal for a week at BVHS, what would that look like? What changes would you make? Why?

If I were the principal at BVHS I really wouldn't change really anything except what is served for lunch that week. The spirit and the coming together of the BVHS community is so great that you can't change it at all. Why would I change the lunches? To mix things up, because some people i know are tired of eating pizza everyday, so I would bring in a new restaurant in everyday so people would have something new to eat everyday.

1. Speak Clearly and loud

Tell me about your weekend.
Well this weekend for me, I didn't do anything that you would want to know about. I did have a basketball game though. During the basketball game I had twelve points in the first half. Draining three's from left to right, but our point guard could't inbound the ball so we lost. But it was a good effort losing by 2 to the best team in the league.
